A warm cup of tea or milk will help reduce stress and anxiety by calming down your nervous system. This can help stimulate the release of melatonin which helps aid sleep.

 

Switch off


Technology creates a link to the outside world that can be seen as a wondrous thing, but it can also have a negative impact on your sleeping patterns by stimulating your mind, making it more difficult to rest. Blue lights from technology disrupt your melatonin levels, a hormone that facilitates sleep. Control the caffeine
