It's really easy to measure the correct size for your blinds (you can use our measuring guides and videos) but everyone makes mistakes sometimes.
All you need to do is inform us of your new size requirements (within 15 days of product receipt) and we'll send your replacement. So, protect yourself and select our SizeSure cover at checkout, a small price to pay for complete peace of mind.

SizeSure covers a maximum of 3 blinds per order and only covers incorrect measurements. Replacements must be made to the same specification as the original order
Only 1 SizeSure claim can be made per household, within a 12 month period
- Swift Direct Blinds will charge the difference in price if your replacement blinds are larger than your original order
Should your chosen blind be out of stock when your SizeSure order is placed, you will need to wait for this stock to arrive in. if you are unwilling to wait you will be entitled to a refund of your SizeSure cost, but not to a refund of the original order
