Eco Friendly Blinds – 3 ways to style your windows in a more sustainable way

Eco Friendly Roller Blinds – made using recycled plastic bottles

If you have been following us on social, you’ll know that recently we launched a new range of Eco Friendly blinds.

Our Eco Friendly blinds are made with recycled plastic bottles, which helps to reduce plastic pollution, extend the lifecycle of the raw materials, plus they take fewer chemicals and water to make.

We are extremely happy that we are now able to offer a more sustainable alternative to our customers and in this blog post, we want to share a few ideas on how to style our Eco Friendly blinds in your interior.

how eco friendly blinds are made

Styling your made to measure Eco Friendly Roller Blinds

Our Eco Friendly blinds come in three subtle colours – white, cream and grey (because we know you guys like your neutral colours).

The blinds are made with dimout fabric, meaning they will not block out the light completely when your blind is closed but will give a good level of privacy. They are great for rooms where you do not need total light exclusion, for example, living room, dining area, kitchen or a hallway.

What’s more, they are moisture-resistant, so they won’t absorb any moisture, plus it’s easy to keep them looking clean and fresh at all time.

Now let’s see what colour will suit your interior the best.

White Eco Friendly Roller Blind

All three colours are neutral and will easily blend into almost any interior and colour scheme but white is a colour you cannot go wrong with.

To avoid creating a clinical white ambience, add some splashes of colours to your interior – feature walls, furniture in different colours, throws or cushions. House plants and wood goes great with white, so if you have any of these in your interior, white Eco Friendly roller blind will be a great addition.

Cream Eco Friendly Roller Blind

Our Cream Eco Friendly roller blind will be great for more traditional and boho interiors. Cream blinds add a neutral touch to an interior without drawing attention to this functional item. The cream roller blind is great if you already have a variety of colours in your interior and you don’t want to add any more bright colours to the mixture.

Grey Eco Friendly Roller Blind

If you love the look of grey interiors, our Grey Eco Friendly roller blind is your go-to option. It is the most popular colour thanks to its versatility. Whether you choose to pair it with bright yellow or deep blue elements in your interior or go for an all-grey look, they will fit just right.

The blinds are made with moisture-resistant fabric which makes it easy to keep them looking clean and crisp at all time, however, grey will make any splashes or stains even less visible.

Increase the flexibility of light and privacy control

If you’re fitting your Eco Friendly blind in a room where increased privacy is important, for example, a bedroom, nursery or a bathroom, consider layering them with curtains or fitting behind the shutters.
