Botanical Curtains

Botanical curtains feature designs inspired by plants, leaves, flowers, and nature, from realistic illustrated prints to more stylised leaf patterns. They sit within the broader category of floral and nature-inspired curtains but tend to have a more graphic, artistic quality rather than a traditional floral repeat. Botanical prints have been one of the most prominent interior trends in recent years, working across a wide range of styles from maximalist to Scandi-natural.

Botanical curtains work well in rooms where you want to bring a sense of nature and organic warmth. Pair them with natural materials, rattan, wood, linen, jute, to reinforce the nature-inspired feel. Wall colours in warm white, soft clay, or sage green complement botanical prints beautifully. Keep other patterns in the room simple, as botanical curtains tend to be detailed enough to carry a scheme on their own.
