Bad bad bad! If your thinking of ordering a blind from Swift Direct Blinds, don’t bother! They offer made to measure blinds! Don’t be caught out by this as they cannot fulfil what they are selling! We have had blinds from them two years ago and they were and still are amazing. However, the company has even bought out and are now built in norther Ireland. I ordered a made to measure blind with my exact sizes. Blind arrives, 2cm too short in length, the width was ok. The blind didn’t shut properly, the stitching was all frayed and the blind was bowed. So I telephone then and after being on hold for around 40mins only to be cut off, I started again, another 40 minutes on hold, to be told by a not so supportive customer service agent that they will re make and send me another one. Blind number 2 arrives, exactly the same as the first one 2cm too short again, and very poor workmanship. I asked for a manager to call me back, two days later nothing! Call again, they say the same old rubbish, sorry, we will make another one. They make another one and blind number 3 arrives. This time exactly the same poor workmanship, bowed and only 1cm too short this time! I cannot believe this company. Call up again, and they say we cannot make blinds to exact sizes - YET CLEARLY ON THEIR WEBSITE THEY SAY MADE TO MEASURE BLINDS YET THEY CANNOT DO THIS. After eventually speaking with a manager she confirms they cannot make exact made to measure blinds yet they still continue to offer this service. I will be reporting to trading standards, so that more people don’t have to go through the hassle that we did - complete shambles.

They may look great if i ever get them .

swift blinds they are not ! Poor customer service, average 20 minutes waiting on a call to speak to someone, they delivered without fittings, had to wait nearly three weeks to get new ones delivered, then sent wrong fittings on THREE occasions, even customer service said it was really bad since Direct Blinds had been taken over by Swift Blinds. Don’t use them unless you have to and if you are in no rush to get what you ordered !

Very impressed with everything. I absolutely love my blinds!

White porcelain with tapes gives a very clean expensive look and enhanced the windows we fitted them to.
