If you've made an error whilst measuring for your new blinds, we will provide a like-for-like replacement up to the same price of your blinds.
SizeSure does not cover changing blinds from one pattern or design to another. It's important to order free samples beforehand to ensure you're satisfied with the fabric.

Please note that all curtains on Swift Direct Blinds are sold as a pair. All of our linings are white as standard and we make no deductions to the sizes of the curtains you order with us. Our manufacturing tolerance on made-to-measure curtains is 12mm.

Our products fall under the definition of custom-made. Products can only be returned if they are faulty. Ensure you’re happy with the measurements you provide.
