Measure in three places, across the top, middle and the bottom, this allows for any variances (such as part tiled walls).

Use the smallest of these measurements - We will make a small deduction to ensure that the blind fits perfectly within the recess, allowing for the blind fixtures and fittings.

If installing outside of a window recess, measure the recess in three places, across the top, middle and the bottom, this allows for any variances. Then add a minimum of 10cm to the widest measurement for the overlap. This will give you your exact overall blind width.

If you have a wooden baton above the recess, we advise you to measure this as your exact width.

Measure the recess drop (length/height) in three places, from top to bottom across the left, middle and right side of the internal window opening, this allows for any variances.

Use the smallest of these measurements - No deductions will be taken from your measurement.

If your blind does not sit within a recess or you simply want us to make a blind to your sizes with no deductions, measure the overall drop you require from top to bottom, including the blind headrail and any overlap to ensure you get full coverage. Then add a minimum overlap of 10cm to the top and bottom. This will give you your exact overall blind width.

If you have a wooden baton above the recess, we advise you to measure from the top of the baton to where you want the blind to finish as your exact drop.

Absolutely horrendous service! Ordered 14th July 9 weeks later no blinds, no correspondence! We ordered 14 blinds for our new home for £1,600+ 9 weeks after the order we had an email to say they were out of stock and would be back in December! We then phoned only to be told they would ring back, this went on 3 further times! Agent on phone then got snotty saying its not her fault as they don't actually manufacture the blinds...... We are now seeking a refund via the company and will probably have to go through the card supplier!

I can’t review the blinds as I still haven’t received them and I have had no reply to the email I sent asking on the process of my order, very annoying when I have ordered from here before with no problems but 4 weeks waiting for blinds to arrive is ridiculous when they should have arrived by now but the company won’t reply to me!
