Leigh Leigh Sep 2021 First set of Verticals arrived with very poor stitching/fraying. Was in contact with Swift who was then in contact with their manufacturer who insisted that the blinds couldn’t be bad. I sent multiple emails and photos of the blinds and they finally sent out a replacement set after 2 weeks of constant ringing and emailing. The replacement set arrived with exactly the same poor stitching/fraying. So whoever Swift have making the blinds they are just not up to the job. Very disappointed, I have used Swift previously but I’m afraid after this horrible experience I will not be using them again!
