Sera Mulgrew Sera Mulgrew Jun 2021 Got tracking number, but the delivery was damaged and returned to sender. I have been on the phone with them every second day since trying to get and ETA or any update on my order. Nobody has gotten back to me, despite saying they would after every one of my phone calls. I have been the one chasing this order. I wish I could review the blackout blinds I ordered. But I haven't even seen them. But I can comment on the customer service. Its rubbish. Hate to leave such a bad review, but am sick of chasing my order. Will call them back again now.....
