Kind regards Mollie Reply from Emma-Jayne Bruce in Oct 2020 Hi, I am happy with the blind because my fitter was able to use brackets they had. I never received a response to the email I was asked to send with pictures or according to the PDF instructions sent to received the correct brackets for the product. This was after at least four phone calls, and half a dozen emails. Having these blinds has actually cost me money as I had to have the fitter out twice. The cost of delivery has been refunded but this is not adequate as I have said to two or three of your colleagues. Overall extremely disappointed.
