The blind itself is excellent, it came with the brackets to fix to the window frame but NO screws or instructions. I needed 10 screws, so I had to drive to B&Q to buy some. It wasn’t the cost so much but the inconvenience! Then I hadn’t a clue how to fix them up, so I had to go into YouTube and watch a video. The reason I used this company was because the window was wider than the others I needed blinds for, only by 4” the rest I got from Argos for £18 each which included instructions and ALL the fixtures...I paid £62 for this 1...so yes, very disappointed.
