Mr james jones Mr james jones Dec 2020 Blinds eventually delivered 31/12/20. Package open at one end. Refused delivery as they were due 3-8 Dec and fittings could easily have been missing. Now 15/1/21 and still waiting on refund if £217. Refusing to refund until blinds received at their depot. Apparently have not yet arrived there. Do not buy from this company. Customer relations shocking. They could not keep their end of deal, delivery date four weeks late, and yet refusing refund almost 8 weeks after order first placed. I can see that you were advised via email that there would be a delay as some of the components needed for your order was out of stock with the supplier. However, we have since received the components and your order has been completed and is with the courier. Your order will b with you as quickly as possible. M Kerr M Kerr Dec 2020 The blinds are nice - we weren't sure if it would be a vast swath of darkness when the blinds were closed however they are fairly glossy and reflect the light so aren't too bad.
