The actual measurement you take depends on where you want the blind to hang and the measurement type you select.  If you are hanging the blind in a window recess the measurement should be from side to side of the recess.

The actual measurement you take depends on where you want the blind to hang and the measurement type you select. If you are not hanging the blind in a recess the value you enter for the drop should be the distance from the top of the roller to the longest length you want the blind to hang

Poor delivery - tried to deliver four times apparently but left no cards so we couldn’t be aware that they had tried. As a result they didn’t meet their delivery promise (in terms of actual delivery). When I followed it up it took quite some time and many follow up calls to ensure delivery - nobody took responsibility for seeing my delivery once the issue had been established, requiring me to make many follow up calls.

Thank you for this Molly. The blind has now been delivered, but I feel I should point out that the “liaising” you mention was almost exclusively initiated by me - that was my issue. I’m happy to accept that problems happen but it was the lack of attention to detail in addressing it from your end that I was disappointed with.
