I am not an IT guru but it just goes to show that the use of IT systems for delivery and feedback is flawed in this 'want now' society. It was the same when the 'bulletin board' (an american term for what we call notice boards) system was introduced by IT techys. The fashion soon lapsed after some months. I have assessed a few IT software systems/applications in EU projects/Governments in terms of user adoption/benefit. Have a good day...the partial solar eclipse is on now. Frances Morgan Frances Morgan Feb 2021 I waited nearly 3 months for some blinds which took them 3 attempts before getting the order right. It turns out they were not manufactured on site as stated by Swift. What a nightmare!
