SizeSure does not cover changing blinds from one pattern or design to another. It's important to order free samples beforehand to ensure you're satisfied with the fabric.

Returns
Our products fall under the definition of custom-made. Products can only be returned if they are faulty. Ensure you’re happy with the measurements you provide.
Linings
Choose from a light-filtering lining, blackout lining for blocking light and darkening the room, or thermal lining to better keep your home cool in summer and warm in winter. Linings are made from high-quality polyester fabric and are white or cream, perfectly colour matched to the roman fabric.
Fixing & Controls
Multi-directional brackets are supplied which can be face fixed or top fixed to the wall or inside the window recess. Screws and wall plugs are not supplied as we don’t know what surface you are installing onto.
Fabric Tolerance & Weight
Blinds are made within a 5mm manufacturer tolerance on the width and drop. Blinds over 200cm wide will be heavy due to the material and lining, we recommend splitting them into two blinds. Blinds over 150cm may have vertical stitched joins to achieve the required width.
Note: Screws and wall plug fixings are not provided. We leave these out because the type required varies great depending upon the surfaces you are fixing to.
