Manufacturing Tolerance
Perfect fit blinds are made within a 3mm manufacturer tolerance on the width and drop. A small deduction will be made to the width of your Perfect Fit blind to allow for the brackets. Brackets come in pre-set sizes of 18mm, 20mm, 22mm, 24mm,and 30mm, there may be occasions that the blind does not sit flush with your window frame.
Fixing & Controls
The perfect fit frame is easily installed using the supplied push push-fit brackets which fix between the glass and the rubber beading on the window. Please ensure you order the correct size brackets as if they are the wrong size you may be charged to replace these. Perfect fit blinds are not suitable for sliding doors as they sit proud from the window frame and may also restrict some bifold doors from closing flat. Certain windows may require a handle spacer to be installed to raise the depth of the handle away from the frame to prevent handles from catching.
