I bought 5 blinds, no wall fixings (bring your own wall plugs) in any of the boxes, the pelmets were scratched and had black marks on. The instructions were minimal.

Unfortunately, we dont supply the screws with our wooden blinds. We do advise of this on our website. I will certainly feed back regarding our instructions and see if we can improve on them.
