COVID19 Statement          23.06.2020

We are now fully operational and in full production. Our manufacturing staff are safe and working following the Government guidelines with full Risk Assessments in place. Our customer service teams remain working from home.

Whilst most orders are being manufactured, despatched and delivered on time we are, unfortunately, still experiencing some intermittent delivery issues.  These range from the initial supply of raw materials from our suppliers, to actual deliveries by our couriers.  Much of this is caused by the continuing knock-on effects of the current Corona virus pandemic across all industries and walks of life.

We are working as hard as possible to ensure all orders are delivered as soon as possible, please bear with us.

Due to a large increase in orders and enquiries, we are currently experiencing extremely high numbers of telephone, email, social and live chat requests.  We are working through these as quickly and efficiently as possible, but our response times are currently longer than normal.  Please bear with us, we will be in touch as soon as possible.

We are experiencing increasingly high demand for our products and thank you for your support.
Both our couriers and ourselves are experiencing some delays in delivering goods to you and ask that you remain patient through these testing and unprecedented times. Rest assured that we are working as hard as possible to get blinds to you as quickly as possible.

We will email you when we despatch your order of if your delivery is knowingly, going to be after your expected delivery slot.

We're now open again with reduced staffing levels in our factory.  Both our remote customer service team and our production teams are making sure to get your orders out as soon as possible.

Please be assured that our factory teams are working in a safe environment, with full PPE equipment and adhering to government guidelines. 

Please be patient with us whilst we catch up. Your questions and queries will be answered as soon as we are able to do so.

All our blinds and curtains are bespoke products made to your exact measurements.
They are made for you and can’t be sold to another customer. This is why we are unable to offer refunds on our orders. We are are working extremely hard to get all orders to our customers as soon as possible in these extremely difficult times.

Following Government advice, we are taking online and telephone orders only.

We continue to deliver all our administrative services remotely. Customer service will be unaffected and our contact details are unchanged. Our phone lines and on-line chat are open and we are here to help.

All orders will be processed and delivered just as soon as safely possible, please bear with us as delivery times are subject to change.

Swift Direct Blinds are open and manufacturing made to measure blinds for you.

We are all facing an unprecedented challenge right now and our focus is naturally drawn towards the safety of our teams, families and you, our customers.

Based on the most recent government guidelines, we have today taken the decision to deliver our administrative services remotely. The service for customers will be unaffected and contact details are unchanged. We are here to help.

Swift UK production teams are adopting the latest recommended working practices during the manufacture and packing of your order and delivery times remain largely as normal, the SwiftTrack next day service is still available on many lines!

Our carrier delivery partners are implementing greater flexibility to enable safe and secure delivery of your blinds and curtains. Non-contact acceptance of orders and the widespread use of sanitizers and PPE are being used to protect all.

You can place your order secure in the knowledge that the team at Swift are doing all they can to keep service as normal as possible.
